Ride A Pet Eggs: Every Egg at a Glance

Eggs are the loot system of Ride A Pet: they spawn around the map on an 8-minute reset, you carry them to a nest on your plot, and they hatch into pets. How eggs work

Three rules govern every egg:

• The 8-minute reset. Map eggs refresh roughly every 8 minutes. Planning runs around the reset is the core scheduling skill.
• The break timer. A carried egg cracks on an "Egg Will Break" countdown. Slow mounts should take nearby eggs; fast mounts can risk long hauls.
• The dismount rule. A placed egg only starts hatching once you are on foot. Riding blocks the hatch.

The spawn rings

Common eggs are organized by distance from spawn, and each ring is a speed check:

The named eggs

Beyond the ring commons, Ride A Pet runs a set of named eggs:

• Starter Egg — the tutorial-tier egg; hatches your first pets.
• Flame Egg — an early named egg with its own spawn points and hatch guides.
• Dragon Egg — the only source of the Dragon. Expensive, worth it. See the Dragon Egg page.
• Blackhole Egg — an event egg announced server-wide; community sources attribute around 100 billion luck to it (single-source, unconfirmed).
• Cherub Egg — the other event egg; community guides rate it more valuable than Blackhole (single-source, unconfirmed).
• Solaris Egg — an Ethereal egg that spawns at four mountain locations and can be tracked with radars.
• Zen Egg — a premium egg associated in short-form videos with Red Kitsune variants (unconfirmed).
• Event Eggs — limited-window eggs during updates and seasonal events.

What hatches from what

Confirmed highlight pets: Dragon only from the Dragon Egg; Phoenix and Kitsune sit at the top of the hatch tables (1 in 30T and 1 in 1Qi respectively). Mid-tier animals hatch across the Forest-to-Snow rings. The full roster and its groups are in the pet list.

Event egg announcements

Blackhole and Cherub eggs do not sit quietly in the world — they appear with a server-wide announcement, everyone races, and the fastest mounts win. This is where your speed investments pay off. Luck and hatching

Egg economics: what each type is for

Eggs are not interchangeable, and the fastest way to waste cash is treating them as if they were:

The radar line, in context

Egg hunting is a shopping trip with a timer, and radars are the map. The shop line runs Radar, Advanced, Jewel, Royal — each tier points at better spawns — and the Advanced tier at roughly $50 remains the best early purchase in the game. Two clocks run at once: the 8-minute map reset for ring eggs, and server announcements for Blackhole and Cherub spawns. Players who conflate them waste time waiting on corners; players who separate them farm rings on the reset clock and pre-position near the waterfall cluster between announcements. • Group luck (+40) active
• Any event boost live
• Nest slot empty and ready
• You are dismounted — the hatch will not start while riding
