Privacy Policy for Ride A Pet Wiki
How Ride A Pet Wiki collects, uses, and protects information, including Google Analytics measurement and third-party links, for visitors at rideapet.shop.
Last updated:
Ride A Pet Wiki (rideapet.shop) is a fan-made, independently operated reference site for the Roblox game Ride A Pet. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Usage data via Google Analytics. The site loads Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-0HSL2YMEDY), which collects standard, aggregated usage information such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referring pages, and visit duration. This data is used only to understand which guides are useful and to improve the site.
- No accounts, no forms. The site has no registration, login, comment, or contact forms. We do not ask for and do not store names, email addresses, or Roblox credentials.
- No game account access. We will never ask for your Roblox password, and no feature on this site requires it. Any site or tool that does is a phishing attempt.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure sessions and distinguish visits. You can block or delete these cookies with your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's official opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not break any feature of this site.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party destinations, including the official Roblox game page, the game's official Discord server, and YouTube videos. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those destinations; their own policies apply once you leave this site.
Children's privacy
Ride A Pet is played by many younger users, and this site is designed accordingly: we collect no personal information from visitors of any age. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify individuals. Parents or guardians with questions may contact the site operator through the channels listed below.
Your choices
- Use your browser's private mode or cookie controls to limit analytics cookies.
- Use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on to disable measurement.
- Browse the entire wiki without providing any personal information — nothing on the site is gated.
Changes to this policy
If the site adds features that change what is collected (for example, a newsletter or comments), this policy will be updated and the date below revised. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
